Beverly Hills shopping – luxury lovers flock to Beverly Hills for haute couture

Set in one of the toniest neighborhoods in the country, if not the world, The Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills is set between Santa Monica and Wilshire Boulevard and Canon and Rodeo Drive. In this coveted golden zone of shopping you will see the biggest brands in the business and will likely be hobnobbing with A list celebrity stylists and several of the stars themselves.

The list of fashion icons on Rodeo Drive is absolutely endless from Tiffany to Tom Ford, Louis, Prada, Valentino and Versace, Cavalli, Dolce, Gucci and of course Harry Winston among others. Badgely Mischka is a new addition or return with a recently opened flagship store on Rodeo, proving that it’s still a highly coveted address and an essential spot for top designers to set up shop.

Similar to Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, Rodeo Drive’s Walk of Style has honored style legends for their contribution to the world of fashion and entertainment. While walking along the famous Drive and in to the couture stores, be sure look down as well at the golden sidewalk to capture past honorees such as fashion photographers Mario Testino and Herb Ritts, Costume Designers Edith Head, James Acheson and Milena Canonero and Fashion Designers Tom Ford, Ferragamo, Versace and others.

Throughout The Triangle you will find a string of other chic boutiques, eateries, cafes and luxury hotels. The Luxe is the only hotel on Rodeo Drive while the classic Regent Beverly Wilshire, a al home of Julia Roberts Pretty Woman remains one of the most sophisticated properties in all of Los Angeles.

Before you settle in and make a stylish night of it, walk along the iconic corridor of  Wilshire Boulevard to catch fashion titans Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Barneys. If not to shop, the windows alone are ogle worthy, especially over the holidays.

Last, take a quick turn south to Beverly Drive, south of Wilshire, touted as the new Robertson Boulevard with smaller, one off, chic boutiques and restos and Sunglass boutiques like C by Karina where several stars go to see and be seen.
